CLIENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
(RTT, Hypnotherapy & Transformational Therapy Services)
1. FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
You may be offered a complimentary 20-minute online consultation.
No therapy is provided during this call. The purpose of this consultation is to clarify your goals, determine suitability, and outline the RTT process. Any estimate of required sessions is an approximation and may change.
2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
In-Person Sessions & Online Sessions
A non-refundable payment of AUD $250 is required at booking.
No refunds are issued for cancellations within 48 hours.

3. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS
Required Notice
In-person sessions: minimum 48 hours
Online sessions: minimum 24 hours
Notifications must be made via email or phone.
Refund Policy
No refunds within the notice period.
Fees cover professional time and expertise, not a guaranteed outcome.
No refunds are issued for attended sessions.
Refunds for Packages
If you discontinue a prepaid package:
A pro-rata refund will be issued, minus the standard session fee for sessions already attended.
4. SESSION FEES
All fees will be disclosed prior to booking.
Fees may be adjusted periodically. You will be notified of current fees before scheduling.
5. CONTACT BETWEEN SESSIONS
Contact is available during office hours only:
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm AEST
Messages received outside these hours will be addressed during office hours.
6. MEDICAL & PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS
RTT and hypnotherapy complement—but do not replace—medical or psychological treatment.
To ensure safety and suitability:
You may be asked about relevant medical history
You must notify me of any changes to your health
You may be required to obtain medical clearance if under professional care
Please note:
I am unable to offer services to clients experiencing uncontrolled epilepsy or psychosis.
7. AGE REQUIREMENTS
Online sessions: clients must be 18+
Under 18: must attend in-person and have parental/guardian consent
8. ATTENDING YOUR SESSIONS
Please arrive or log in on time.
If you are late, the session may still need to end at the original time.
9. HYPNOSIS / RTT RECORDINGS
Recordings must not be listened to while driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks requiring concentration.
Recordings are for personal, private use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.
10. OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITY
While RTT and hypnotherapy can be transformative, no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Your progress depends on:
active participation
motivation
consistency
listening to recordings and completing assigned tasks
11. STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
I will provide a professional, safe, and respectful environment.
Clients agree to:
attend sessions sober
refrain from recreational drugs or alcohol beforehand
maintain respectful behaviour
If you attend under the influence or behave abusively, the session will end without refund.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY
All sessions and communications are confidential except when:
You give written consent
Required by law or court order
There is concern for:
harm to self or others
disclosure of abuse or criminal activity
the safety of minors or vulnerable persons
A healthcare professional requires a report

13. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Jaqueline Burgess Alchemy is not liable for any loss or damages arising from your participation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jaqueline Burgess for any claims arising from your engagement in these services.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will fall under NSW jurisdiction.
15. UPDATES TO TERMS
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to participate in sessions indicates acceptance of any updated version.
16. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Your personal information is managed according to my Privacy Policy:

17. CONCERNS OR COMPLAINTS
If you have concerns or a complaint, please speak with me directly. I will make every effort to resolve the matter professionally and promptly.
