As a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) practitioner and hypnotherapist, I help clients uncover and transform the subconscious beliefs and patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, self-doubt, unwanted habits, emotional eating, smoking, or a persistent feeling of being stuck.
My approach combines evidence-based RTT® techniques with the creativity, intuition and compassion I have developed through my work as an artist and retreat facilitator.
I believe transformation doesn't happen by forcing yourself to become someone new.
It happens when you understand yourself more deeply.

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®)?
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a powerful therapeutic approach that works with the subconscious mind to identify and transform limiting beliefs.
RTT® combines elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and neuroscience to uncover the root of emotional patterns and replace them with new, empowering beliefs.
During an RTT session, we gently access the subconscious mind through hypnosis, allowing us to explore where patterns began and release beliefs that are no longer serving you.
Each session also includes a personalised integration recording designed to reinforce the new beliefs and support lasting change.
Sessions are available in person in Wollongong or online via Zoom, allowing clients locally and internationally to access this work.
