Reiki Healing

Reiki sessions are designed to help the mind and body settle into a calm, restorative state. When the nervous system relaxes, the body is better able to process emotional stress and restore internal balance.

During a session, you remain fully relaxed while Reiki energy is gently directed to support the body’s natural healing response.

Reiki can be experienced as a standalone session or as a complementary practice alongside Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), hypnotherapy, or other therapeutic work.

What You Can Expect in a Reiki Session

• A calm, supportive healing space
• Gentle hands-on or hands-off energy work (always guided by consent)
• Deep relaxation and nervous system support
• Emotional balancing and energetic clearing
• Subtle intuitive insights that may arise during the session
• Gentle grounding and integration at the close of the session
