Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a powerful therapeutic approach designed to create deep, lasting change by working directly with the subconscious mind — the place where beliefs, emotional responses, and behavioural patterns are formed.

How RTT® Works
During an RTT® session, you are gently guided into a deeply relaxed state — similar to the feeling just before sleep. In this state, the subconscious mind becomes more accessible and responsive.
Together we explore the origin of the beliefs or emotional patterns shaping your experience. The goal is not to relive difficult moments, but to understand them from a calm, adult perspective.
Once these patterns are understood, we work with the subconscious mind to release outdated interpretations and install new beliefs that support confidence, clarity, and emotional steadiness.
Each session also includes a personalised recording designed to reinforce the change in the weeks that follow.
