Meet Jaqueline
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the deeper layers of human experience — the places beneath performance, beneath expectation, beneath what we think we should be feeling.
Like many of the women I work with today, I didn’t initially recognise that what I was experiencing was anxiety. On the outside, life looked capable and steady. But internally there was overthinking, self-questioning, and a constant pressure to get everything right.
My path into this work began through art. As a painter, I learned how to listen — not just with the mind, but with the body, emotion, and intuition. Over time it became clear that the same patterns shaping our inner world also shape how we move through life: how we respond to stress, how we relate to ourselves, and how safe we feel being fully seen.
Discovering Rapid Transformational Therapy® felt like recognising a language I had always sensed but never had the structure for. For the first time, I experienced a practical way to access the subconscious mind — not just to understand patterns, but to change them at their root.
Experiencing this work personally changed the way I relate to myself and to life. That difference — between knowing something intellectually and feeling it embodied — is profound.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of subconscious therapy, emotional integration, and nervous system awareness. RTT® provides the foundation, but the way I work is grounded, structured, and deeply respectful of each person’s pace.
Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware. They may have explored personal growth or therapy before, yet still feel that something beneath the surface hasn’t fully shifted.
Often what they’re experiencing looks like:
• Constant overthinking
• Self-doubt despite capability
• Anxiety around speaking up or being visible
• A strong inner critic
• Feeling composed outwardly, but unsettled inside
My role is not to “fix” you.
It’s to help you access the deeper patterns shaping how safe you feel being yourself — and gently shift those patterns so confidence, clarity, and steadiness can emerge naturally.
What I offer is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to who you already are beneath outdated beliefs and emotional conditioning.
My Core Philosophy
• Transformation happens when the nervous system feels safe enough to change.
• Insight alone rarely shifts deep patterns — integration does.
• Self-worth is not something to earn; it is something to remember.
• The subconscious mind is not something to control, but something to understand and work with respectfully.
• When people feel genuinely seen and supported, change becomes steady, embodied, and lasting.
